About this Gallery: Urban Pelts are Handwoven of 100% fine Merino Wool. When the woven fabric is removed from the loom, it is fulled by hand to open up the fibers, and then the surface is altered by releasing each tag by hand. Each hanging tag is hand rolled to ensure the integrity of the fabric and the fabric is fulled again to develop the hand. The resulting fabric is fluid and lightweight with an animated surface and invites interaction from the wearer. The scarves and shawls are available in varying widths at prices from $195-450.
