About this Gallery: The Crystalline Gardens Collection, from the Focus Gallery of the Southern Highland Craft Guild was inspired not only by the crystalline gemstones that have come glistening down through time but by the colorful and lush gardens around us. Many of these gardens I have actually had the joy of visiting as well as, of course, the gardens of my imagination. These garden memories along with the gemstones come together here in these bead weavings for your pleasure as both "eye candy" and in the wearing of them. Each piece has been named as I have experienced it. Perhaps the pieces will invite you to remember another beautiful garden or tree special to you from another time and place.
