Grape Basket Heirloom Box: Front view of closed box. About this Gallery: This box was inspired by the Grape Basket quilt block. The quilt blocks on the lid are inlaid using various woods and framed in curly maple. The woven box sides are actually solid cherry and walnut strips profiled on the outside surface of the box to suggest a weave pattern and then re-assembled. The dimensions are 11 x 6.75 x 4 inches. |
