Handcrafted corn-shuck figure by Anne Freels of Clinton, Tennessee.
Anne's love of the natural world around her inspires her creations, whether it's in the materials she uses, or in the message behind each piece.
She writes: "The Appalachian Shaman uses his connection to the spirit world for the healing of man and womankind. He knows that Spirit speaks through nature, so in his pack are gifts from the mountains and the sea, all of which help him on his healing journey."
Handmade with natural hand-dyed corn-shucks, wool fleece and feathers; Carries a pack full of dried plants and seashells.
Approximately 11 inches tall.
