Product Description

Travis Berning is a ceramic artist living in Dillsboro, North Carolina.  He has been a member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild since 2004, and recently moved his pottery studio to the River Arts District in Asheville, NC.

Travis's work is functional, high-fired stoneware; he uses earthy-colored glazes, and his pots are recognizable by the imprinted maple leaf on each piece.

This tall oil cruet is glazed in a deep, forest green, and has a little knob on the back for comfortable holding and pouring.  The pottery part of the cruet is approximately 9 inches tall (metal spigot adds 2 inches), and holds approximately 20 oz.

Dishwasher safe.

Artist statement included.
