Ann Gleason is a full-time potter, living and creating in Tryon, North Carolina. A Guild member since 2005, Ann's body of work ranges from functional pottery to very sculptural, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Ann uses many forms of surface design in her work, at times painterly, at times textural. This mug has a warm, olive green glaze over raised, slip-trailed lines; the rim and inside are glazed in a dark honey color. Iron in the clay comes out as speckles throughout the mug.
Holds approximately 10 oz. Stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe.
