Product Description

Jim McPhail turns miniature wooden bowls (and vessels) which delight youngsters and mature persons alike!

His palette includes over 200 woods from all around the world, and each bowl has at least 10 different layers of wood--most have many more than that.  By working in such a small scale, Jim can show off the beauty of certain woods which might be lost on a larger piece.

The primary woods used in this bowl are Pecan, Banksia Pod (the holey bits), and White Oak.  It is just under 3 inches in diameter, and 1 3/8 inches high.

Each bowl is signed and numbered.

Artist statement and care card included.
