Tamela Wells uses polymer clay and PMC (precious metal clay) to create jewelry which is at once contemporary and timeless. She lives and works in Asheville, North Carolina studio, where she finds inspiration in the natural world right outside her door.
This unique necklace is made up of individually hand formed beads, with a focal bead resembling a snail's shell. Tamela has always loved color, and this necklace wonderfully represents her love of color mixing and creating subtle tones and textures.
Sterling silver linked chain enables the wearer to adjust the length from 16.5 to 18.5 inches.
