CANCELED: “A Patchwork of Stories” – A Storytelling Concert

Stories on Asheville’s Front Porch presents a storytelling concert in the auditorium of the Folk Art Center.

We will feature four storytellers who embark on a journey of story, poetry, and traditional Appalachian music in four distinct and captivating styles. The tellers are all local talent: Tom Chalmers, master of storytelling and improvisation; De Wayne Barton, activist and poet; Laura Boosinger, singer, instrumentalist, and curator of regional culture; and David Holt, grammy-winning master storyteller, musician, collector and promoter of mountain arts.
