Lynn started potting as a teenager in 1976, and clay has been a part of her life ever since.

Horsehair raku items are fired in a gas kiln to approximately 1900 degrees F. At this point they are taken from the kiln and the horsehair is applied, by hand, to each piece. The burning of the horsehair leaves a black carbon on the surface of the clay making each piece a complete one-of-a-kind!

Lynn hopes you enjoy the energy she passes to you with her pottery!
