Jewelry fascinated me from an early age. I was raised in New Mexico, Europe and Washington, DC and got to enjoy a wide range of styles.
My current interests in precision, rustic prehistory and modern technology are reflected in the different styles in which I play.
Labyrinths, spirituality, and expansion of happiness guide my designs. I hope you enjoy my different designs in gold, silver, and copper. I'm eager to answer any questions!
Born into a military family in the Northwest, Chuck travelled extensively before settling in New Mexico.
He began making turquoise and sterling jewelry in the Pueblo style in 1972. Hopi overlay styles taught him how to cut and solder silver with precision. His work shifted back and forth between jewelry 'factory work' and making one-of-a-kinds until 1990 when he moved to south Florida.
Traditional jewelry stores there honed his ability to cast and shape gold. These skills still guide his hands to form whatever the client desires today.
Watch these pages for the debut of a new line of large bead necklaces, inspired by the work of Irene Semanchuk Dean. This Guild is soooo Coool!!! What an amazing vortex of creativity!
