Working in arts & crafts all my life, mostly as a hobbyist, I was drawn to a stained glass class in 1990. I became immediately addicted after the first day and ended up staying for 6 years. I am now been teaching were I started since 2005 sharing my passion for glass with others.

Material: Glass

These whimsical screen bugs are made to cling on your window or door screens.  A colorful reminder that the door is closed , or hang them in any screened window to let the sunlight illuminate their bright, transparent bodies.  Each bug is made from a large glass nugget with varied filigree and sculpted lead solder.  Hand crafted by glass artist Cheryl Stippich of Hendersonville, North Carolina.

  • Approximately 1½” in diameter, and clings to a screen with thin wire legs
  • Lots of colors to choose from
  • Made in NC
