“Mountain Magnolia” Print

“Mountain Magnolia” is a 3 plate soft-ground etching, engraving and aquatint printed on 100% rag paper.  Artist Jay Pfeil created the plates in Montreat from a Fraser Magnolia by the Lookout trailhead.  The aquatint and engraving were then added in her studio.  She is in the process of printing an edition of 95 signed, numbered and hand-pulled intaglio prints.
