Teresa Brittain

I create glass beads over a torch, using the centuries-old technique of lampworking. Patterns are made with other colors of glass, enamel powders, or pure silver leaf. I love the interaction of molten glass, fire, and gravity and the interesting effects I can achieve through color combinations. I pair groups of beads with sterling silver findings and chains to create unique pieces of wearable art.
