Description
White walnut, commonly know as Butternut, is in the same family as Black walnut. The wood is light, soft and has a beautiful finish. The base of the bowl on one side has a piece of the bark to add beauty to it. Hand gouge is used to dimple the sides opposed to sanding smooth.
- Keep away from extreme heat
- Apply mineral oil twice a year(Father’s day and Christmas)
